Description
Located in beautiful rural France within easy reach of many local airports and only 4 hours from the ports of Caen and St Malo, this luxury gîte complex and B&B is set in the heart of tranquil French countryside yet within walking distance of the picturesque village. The gîtes have been created from the old dairy where goats cheese was produced until the late 1960s and the local area still produces many varieties of such cheese with several to be found in the local markets. The newly converted accommodation is decorated to the highest standard with solid oak furniture and high quality soft furnishings. All guests are offered the option of a home cooked 4 course evening meal including fresh produce from the garden complete with aperitifs and wine - perfect for families after a long day of activities or for parents of young children offering the opportunity to wine and dine alone (baby monitors are available).
Each of the superbly equipped gîtes has a private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ and looks over to the 10m x 5m swimming pool which is fenced and alarmed and well-equipped with comfortable sunloungers, tables and parasols. The extensive grounds include a children's play area with wooden swings and slide, sand pit and wendy house along with a range of giant garden games (Jenga, Connect 4) and sports equipment (basketball, football, badminton etc) for the enjoyment of all.
On arrival you will find your beds made up for you, fluffy white towels and a welcome hamper, including cold beers and a bottle of wine to help you settle in.
