We are not just a listings site we can help you choose your perfect baby friendly holiday property as we have children too and build up close relationships with all our holiday proeprty owners.
It is never easy deciding when to holiday with our children and if you have a young baby and it is your first it can be especially daunting. Holiday Tots only list properties that really welcome babies and offer more than just a travel cot - so you can be sure of a baby friendly welcome at all of our holiday properties. For tips on

Most of our property owners have children themselves and know how worrying it can be travelling with babies and so many are able to offer our Tots Go Lightly service which means they can purchase bulky items like nappies and toiletries and have them ready for your arrival in your property.
If it is your first holiday with your baby why not let us help you decide where to go we would be happy to help - just contact us. We have lots of lovely properties for you and your baby to enjoy from 1 bedroom retreats to 10 bedroom mansions if you need more space for family and friends!
Our properties are baby friendly because they have items that help make your holiday a relaxing one: cots, highchairs, baby monitors, sterilisers, baby sitters, home cooked meals, booster seats, child bicycle seats, baby carriers and inflatable paddling pools are just some of the baby friendly items many of our owners have available.
