| How do I book? |
Each booking is made directly with the property owner, however we are here should you need any help or advice.

| How can I find out availability? |
Many properties have a live availability calendar - if the property you are interested in does not have a calendar click on the 'contact owner' link and enter the dates you are interested in and they will respond to you within 24 hours.

| Are linen and cleaning included in the price? |
Each property owner has different policies regarding linen and cleaning. Please ask when enquiring.

| When can I arrive at my holiday property? |
Generally rental periods are: arrival time from 4 pm and departure by 10 am (as we deal with lots of different property owners this can sometimes change/be flexible).

| Can I request items to be delivered to my property before I arrive? |
Most of our property owners offer our ‘Tots Go lightly Service’. You can pre-order baby items such as nappies, baby bath etc and the owners will make sure they are at your accommodation for your arrival. There is no charge for this service other than the price of the goods ordered.

| Do all your properties have baby / toddler items? |
All of the properties listed on Holiday Tots have items specifically for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, you will always find a cot, highchair and stair gates where necessary as well as other items to help make your stay more comfortable. You can find out what is supplied at any one property on each individual listing.

| Do I pay a booking fee via Holiday Tots? |
| No, your booking is directly with the proeprty owner. All prices on the Holiday Tots website are set by the owner and they often offer exclusive special offers on Holiday Tots. So you can be safe in the knowledge that you will pay the same or less than any where else! |
