Our Holiday Properties

Stay at our stunning Georgian farmhouse, Toad Hall, which accommodates up to 16 guests in seven bedrooms. Additionally, we offer three charming converted barn cottages - Otter’s Den (sleeps 8), Mole End (sleeps 8), and Badger’s House (sleeps 9) - each featuring four bedrooms. Every accommodation has its own distinct character, private garden, and trampoline for your enjoyment.

Toad Hall

Toad Hall, our original farmhouse dating back to the 18th century, boasts beautiful original features, stunning views, seven bedrooms, a spacious Aga kitchen ideal for group dining, and three cozy reception rooms. Perfect for gatherings of friends and family, it comfortably sleeps up to 16 adults.

Otter's Den

Otter's Den offers a unique open-plan layout, featuring double-height ceilings and exposed beams. The airy living area provides ample space, and the accommodation spans two floors, with four bedrooms for your comfort.

Mole End

Mole End welcomes you with its cosy ambiance and impressive original wood beams. The cottage comprises a separate living room and a spacious kitchen dining room, offering both comfort and convenience. With four bedrooms, a bathroom, and two en suites, it provides ample space for a relaxing stay.

Badger's House

Badger's House stands out as our most spacious cottage, accommodating up to nine adults. This charming property features a large sitting room with a log burner, an attractive kitchen boasting a sizable pine dining table, and four bedrooms: two doubles, a twin, and an additional bedroom that offers flexibility, with the option of a double bed plus a single or three singles.
