Storksak - The Cabin Carry-on that every parent needs !

Posted by Sachelle, 17th October 2018 at 20:01
The carry-on you need when travelling with kids

A little while ago I was looking for the perfect bag to take when travelling with a little one. After a lot of research, I came across the Storksak Cabin Carry-on, a wheeled travel bag with a removable, hanging organiser inside. I got in touch with Storksak and they were kind enough to send one over for me to review.

How we got on...

I have since used the Cabin Carry-on for 3 long haul flights, a weekend to Euro Disney on the Eurostar and many nights away at nana and it really is perfect for all occasions.

When i'm travelling space and weight is always an issue - the good thing is this bag is large and roomy inside but only weighs 2.4kgs. The removable, hanging organiser is amazing as you can section your luggage for a flight or weekend away which you will thank Storksak for later.

A few of the features include:
- Removable, hanging organiser
- Water resistant material with leather trims
- Telescopic handle with two levels
- Two-way top zip
- One large internal mesh pocket and two internal drop-in elasticated pockets
- Grab handle to help lift bag
- Toughened piping to protect corners of bag
- Webbing handles with leather trim and popper keeper
- Internal key clip
- Wipe clean linings
- Dimensions: Height 34 - Width 53 - Depth D24cm which fits into most airline overhead lockers
** Always check your airlines website for allowed dimensions.

Not only is this bag perfect for a carry on, its great for a weekend away or even your hospital bag. You can never be too prepared or organised. All of this whilst being unisex and stylish too !

We're packed and ready to go...

What I loved most

The bag rolls well, which may not seem important but trust me when you're trying to navigate through an airport, with a little one - it is something you will appreciate.

I travelled to South Africa earlier this year on my own, with my then 20 month old daughter. I was lucky enough to have a collapsable stroller that I could take on board so Georgia was happy being pushed around in that, which left 1 hand for my carry on - The Storksak Cabin Carry-on was perfect, I knew exactly where everything was and could keep our passports in the external passport pocket for quick and easy access. Does anyone else hate unpacking as much as I do? Well, with the storksak you simply take out the organiser and hang it up in your cupboard and thats it, you're unpacked !

You can buy your very own Storksak Cabin Carry-on from their online store or at John Lewis. They retail at £150.00 which is on the higher end but a bag of this quality and durability, is definitely worth it. They also sell a shoulder and backpack style changing bag that can slot onto the frame of the cabin carry on bag which we love the idea of!
