The Cottage
This wonderful child-friendly luxury holiday home is located between Kingsand and Cawsand only 5 minutes from Polhawn Fort and only a stone’s throw from sandy beaches. It is a spacious cottage ideal for a group or multigenerational family holiday in Cornwall. Billed as one of the UK’s Best Coastal Holiday Cottages’ by the Sunday times it offers families a seaside haven for up to 10 guests. There are three large double bedrooms (2 with ensuites), a twin room and bunk room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a family needs to cook up a feast and there is a separate utility room for washing and muddy boots and paws.

For families:
There is an extensive list of baby and toddler equipment (blackout curtain, emergency nappies, foam play mat, day travel rucksack, cots, highchairs etc) and toys and games for all ages including beach games and fishing nets, beach tent body boards etc. So you can really travel light . There is also an enclosed courtyard garden for little ones to stretch their legs, although the beach is 30 seconds away a babysitter can also be arranged
Catering: the owners can arrange one of their local cooks to fill the freezer with delicious homemade goodies.
For a special occasion a chef can be arranged too.
Fish delivery right to the door from RG Seafoods, from the boat to the door, can’t get any fresher than that!
Pampering treatments in the comfort of the cottage can be arranged including a mobile hairdresser!
Professional photography session can be arranged for family portraits on the beach or at the cottage.
For dogs: the holiday cottage is extremely dog friendly and there extensive walks along the coastal paths with most pubs welcoming dogs too. The enclosed courtyard is not only toddler friendly but doggie friendly too. Just a 5minute drive is the stunning 7km beach at Whitsand Bay, dogs paradise all year round. Dogs are allowed on Kingsand beach but not permitted on Cawsand beach from Easter day to October 1st. Dogs are allowed on the ground floor of the cottage and will love snuggling up on the rugs by the fire after a day exploring.
