Why: This is my dream house; it is decorated exactly how I would like to think I would decorate but would fail miserably! The location is amazing, a stunning road taking you back in time to days gone by and within walking distance to a child-friendly gastro pub that also has spare rooms for extra guests. Three Little Pigs is perfect for grand-parents or two families, as there is a downstairs bedroom with en-suite offering privacy. The owners also offer the most amazing welcome basket and extensive baby and toddler equipment list.

Family days out in Dorset: The location is amazing, there is so much to see and do within half hours drive. Some options are:

Monkey World a fabulous monkey sanctuary with large outdoor spaces and great playground. (11 miles)

The Tank Museum: An amazing day out for all the family exploring the history of Britain and over 300 military machines. (12 miles)

Lulworth Castle and Cove: Beautiful Castle and grounds and Lulworth Cove offers breath-taking scenery and blue seas. (17 miles)
