What’s on for families in West Sussex this Autumn

what's on, families, Autumn, West Sussex

West Sussex is a beautiful part of the UK and really accessible from London so it is ideal for a short family break. If you have school age children to think about why not have a short autumn weekend break and if you have babies or pre-school children opt for a midweek visit.

There is so much going on this autumn in West Sussex you will be spoilt for choice. With lots of festivals of food, drink, arts and exploration there really is something for everyone.  The countryside could well be at its best too, with its beautiful colours and the sandy beaches a little quieter than a few months ago. For some ideas of family days out please visit our blog.

There are also a couple of fantastic child-friendly holiday cottages available too from 14th September:  owners Les and Louise have their very own Bake house with a delicious selection of various treats from home-cooked meals to freshly baked bread and cakes. Stay in September and enjoy the Artisan Bakehouse festival right on your doorstep! The Bakehouse is open Tues/Wed/Thurs 12 -5pm with 10% off any meals for residents and there are also baking workshops on too throughout the season.

From £475 for short stays and £845 for a week depending on the property.

There are three child-friendly holiday properties to choose from:

and you can see what's on in the area this autumn on our blog. All of the events listed are from walking distance to less than half an hours drive. That coupled with some fantastic beaches what are you waiting for! If you need any help please feel free to contact us. x
