Holidaying with the kids but without your partner?

Holidaying with the kids but without your partner?

According to an article in The Telegraph yesterday more and more parents are taking holidays with their children but without their partners.

This really shocked me. As a strong believer in family spending quality time together I was saddened and surprised that according to the survey three out of ten working parents have had to take their children away without their partner. If this is the case, then it is more important than ever to take advantage of spending time together when children are babies and toddlers before they start school (unless of course your job means you are tied to school holidays).

September is always a great month for a family holiday, the sea waters are still warm from the summer months and the strong summer heat has gone and temperatures at this time of year can be perfect for young children.

Owners of holiday properties on Holiday Tots still have some availability in September- so if you are looking for an out-of-season family holiday, either in the UK, or France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Cyprus, then there is sure to be something for you.

If you are tied to July or August there are a couple of bargains to be had, check out our special offers page where you will find the latest child-friendly holiday offers.
