Situated in a peaceful rural village this property is rapidly becoming a true parent and child paradise. The gardens boast a large heated swimming pool, short tennis and badminton court, boules, basketball net and children’s play area. There are children’s swings, slide and climbing frame and a fabulous children’s playroom primarily for the use of toddlers and pre-school children.
Little ones will delight in the ride-on toys, lego activity area, toddler slide and much more. For days out try the award-winning beaches at Carnac or easy walking or cycling along the Nantes-Brest canal.

The hall leads into a large L-shaped oak-beamed living room with corner hearth and wood burning stove with two comfortable sofas and chairs around a coffee table. There is a dining table with seating for six. A large French dresser along the end wall contains books and a wide range of glassware. English Freesat Television is provided. An arch leads through to the spacious kitchen. The Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, big double sink, microwave, toaster, large fridge-freezer, gas oven with four burners plus ample cupboard and drawer space and a kitchen table with two chairs.
A back door from the kitchen takes you to a private outdoor space and then to a patio area with table and chairs for six - perfect for sunny lunches outside or long summer evenings. There is also access to the communal gardens. There is a downstairs WC with basin off the entrance hall.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a modern shower room. The bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single with another (full size) bed for a 6th person. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin, WC and bidet.
