Situated in a peaceful rural village this property is rapidly becoming a true parent and child paradise. The gardens boast a large heated swimming pool, short tennis and badminton court, boules, basketball net and children’s play area. There are children’s swings, slide and climbing frame and a fabulous children’s playroom primarily for the use of toddlers and pre-school children.
Little ones will delight in the ride-on toys, lego activity area, toddler slide and much more. For days out try the award-winning beaches at Carnac or easy walking or cycling along the Nantes-Brest canal.

From the kitchen/dining room, you go up to two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a landing with a cot. From the sitting room, there is another staircase up to a third fairly large twin bedroom with space for a cot and a convertible child bed. Each half has a downstairs shower room with basin and WC.
In the Kitchen/Dining area there is a dining table and chairs for six and a very well equipped corner kitchen with double sink, dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge, toaster and microwave with plenty of storage space and worktop. A wood burning stove is situated in the old fireplace.
A lobby leads to a storage cupboard and one of the two downstairs shower rooms with WC and basin.
The Lounge comprises seating for 6 and has a wood burning stove. English Freesat Television. From the lounge you have access to the twin/double bedroom above. A door at the rear of the lounge leads you to the second newly renovated shower room with WC and basin.
