This exceptional 2 bedroom villa is very well appointed and boasts beautiful panoramic sea views.
Ideally located close to Coral bay 5 minutes walk from Corallia Beach resort and only 10 minutes walk from Coral Bay centre the most popular of Paphos resorts. 20 minutes drive from Paphos town.
A beautiful ornate gazebo adorns the garden area and offers a wonderful shaded spot for relaxing during the midday sun and dining el-fresco. The 8m x 4m private pool is well equipped with sun beds and parasols, whilst immaculate tropical gardens add to the ambience of this lovely villa.
Property details
The kitchen complete with Bosch appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, large fridge freezer) plus microwave etc has a large dining table with seating for six.
The separate lounge has leather sofas and the additional bonus of a sofa bed which sleeps 2 persons. Satellite TV with channels such as BBC, ITV, cartoon channels and more. Music system and DVD player also available as is Internet connection at an additional charge of 11 Euros per week.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout which is included in the rental rate.
There are 2 upstairs bedrooms. One double bedded room with large windows highlighting the wonderful sea views and private balcony overlooking the pool and private en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom offers twin beds and private balcony. A child's inflatable Aero-Bed is also available (152cm * 91cm) free of charge allowing up to 3 people to sleep in this bedroom.
There is also a separate bathroom with bath (shower over).
