If you are looking for a luxurious spacious holiday home then this it it! The ground floor is open plan with high ceilings and doors opening to a private garden with table and chairs and bbq.
The lounge area leads to the dining area and oak kitchen fully equipped with American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc. A large double bedroom is located to the opposite side with en-suite dressing room and bathroom (shower and bath). The galleried landing leads to two further large double bedrooms, also with dressing and en-suite shower rooms and the fourth bedroom is a twin.
The baby/toddler equipment list is endless and fitted with stair gates top and bottom.Within the grounds there are plenty of things to keep the little ones occupied, as well as the adults.
Outdoors there is a fully fenced heated pool, and acres of fenced lawn with games, swings, slides etc and for a little rest from the sun there is a play barn with a soft play area, games tables and a wide-screen tv.
Set in a rural location in south west France close to towns, beaches and Spain this region of France gets an average 300 sunshine days a year… the coast is only half an hour’s drive away and offers everything from the busy seaside resort of Argeles to the more secluded coves of Collioure.
