If you are looking for a grand chateau for a large group, with amenities to suit all ages then this is it! With a total of 34 rooms there is ample accommodation for up to 22 people sleeping in 10 bedrooms. It is located just a few minutes walk from the local village and only 25 minutes drive from blue flag beaches in the Charente Maritime.
The large south facing walled garden has mature trees and shrubs, a heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) which for your children’s safety is alarmed and fenced from the house, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a built-in barbecue, patio furniture and sun loungers, boules pitch, sand pit plus plenty of space for children to play. There are two hard tennis courts and a football pitch within 2 minutes walk.

Property details
This beautiful property retains original features and has been renovated and furnished to a very high standard. On the ground floor there is a large marble entrance hall, two sitting rooms, fully stocked library, study and cloakroom. There is also a huge dining room and kitchen with American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. In the cellar you will find washing machine, tumble dryer, drying area and an additional fridge freezer should you need it.
The 10 bedrooms are arranged over the first and second floors with 5 on each and a total of 5 bathrooms, one with an enormous Jacuzzi bath! There are five double bedrooms, four twins and one quadruple.
