This wonderful chateau is situated on the edge of a little village with 2 bars a post office and petrol station. It is home to owners David and Nicki and their children . There are six holiday cottages in total within the chateau’s 14 acres each one having it’s own private garden or terrace.
The chateau’s location is perfect for exploring the Charente – Dordogne regions with its wonderful small towns and villages, river beaches and more. Alternatively laze your days away within the Chateau’s grounds while the little ones mingle and play.
There are two solar heated enclosed swimming pools, a 12, x 6m for adults and a 4m x 3m for paddling and lots of toys and games for all ages including: a wooden climbing frame, trampoline, swings, sand pit, giant Jenga and 5-a-side football pitch. The Barn is the hub of social activities, and an ideal place to retreat from the mid-day sun. Here you will find table-tennis, table football, a library of books, videos and local information, lots of jigsaws and children's games. There is also "Tots Zone" especially for little ones.
David and Nicki moved to the chateau in 2004 and have spent their time lovingly restoring it to a high standard. They have many years under their belts and know exactly what makes a family holiday work. You will want to go back again and again...
