This bright and spacious townhouse is located on a picturesque Spanish street, boasting an open-plan design that is perfect for family holidays. It features a total of four spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as a family bathroom. The property comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 4 children, with space for up to 3 babies in cots.
Situated in a tranquil Spanish neighborhood, the townhouse offers beautifully manicured gardens and a large outdoor pool, along with tennis and padel courts. Despite its peaceful surroundings, it is conveniently just a 600-meter walk from essential amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a hairdresser/beautician at the Diana Park shopping center. The beach, located next to the Sol Marbella hotel, is a little further away, approximately 900 meters from the property.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Campanario golf and country club, just a 2-minute walk from the townhouse. The club boasts a magnificent spa, gym, indoor pool, and a 9-hole golf course.
In addition to these amenities, the Costa del Sol offers a range of family activities and beautiful beaches, all within a short drive. Guests can explore the Tots Top 10 for more ideas.
Bookings for the townhouse are available for 7-, 14-, or 21-night periods, with arrivals on Saturdays from 4 pm and departures on Saturdays by 10 am.
Property details
As you enter the main house from the spacious covered patio, you are greeted with an open plan living space, featuring a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious living room with large flatscreen TV (Apple TV and Netflix). Just beyond is the conservatory and bar area, featuring the main indoor dining area. The conservatory’s glass curtain leads out to the private garden and barbeque area which includes a large outdoor table for alfresco dining.
The main house features three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom is smartly decorated and features a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, and modern en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom features two single beds with an option to convert them into a super king bed. This bedroom offers a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunshine. The third bedroom offers two sets of bunkbeds to sleep up to 4 children. The kids room offers a huge selection of books, toys and games for the little ones to enjoy. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom.
The fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom benefits from its own private entrance, located in the covered entrance patio. This suite is ideal for grandparents or older kids as it offers a bit of extra privacy from the main house.
Outside:
The sliding glass curtain leads out from the conservatory to the townhouse’s private garden. The main garden features sun lounges and raised barbeque deck with a large 10-person picnic styled wood table for outdoor dining. There is even a small picnic table for the little ones! The garden steps lead up to the kids play area, featuring a wooden playhouse and slide. Just outside the garden perimeter, majestic eucalyptus trees offer some lovely shade in the late afternoon. A short walk down the neighbourhood street, you will find the spacious fenced swimming pool surrounded by extensive lawns and gardens. The pool is available all seasons, but swimming will depend on the weather. Next to the pool are the tennis and padel courts, both are free to use by guests, and equipment is provided too. There is also a children’s play area just beyond the swimming pool.
