Overview - Property ref TRGR
This family-friendly farm is perfect for families with babies, toddlers and young children looking for a holiday in Cornwall. It is a place to unwind, feed animals, make new friends, play, explore and have lots of fun! This cottage is well equipped for families with young children, it has three bedrooms and an en suite shower room.
Within the farm there is an abundance of activities to keep even the most active toddler occupied: the heated swimming pool (always a toasty 30 degrees), the soft play area (with views of sweeping farmland, comfy chairs, fresh ground coffee and the daily newspaper), a play park with play tractor, roundabout, rope climb, tunnel slide and a playbarn with play-sand for construction, Wendy house, and even table tennis and table football for older children.
If your little ones are fond of animals they will squeal with delight when they get the chance to feed the animals, from pigs to goats to chickens or every Monday and Wednesday morning its time to ride on resident ponies Toby and Ladybird.
For parents, tucked away behind the swimming pool is an arched wooden doorway that leads to the hot tub garden, a place to relax and unwind or plunge as a family!
Other activities include: the farm shop with its delicious ready-made meals and lovely local treats like organic ice cream and Cornish fudge or local bacon and sausages; and a farm trail which takes you round the woods and fields; or the footpath that will lead you to the riverside hamlet of St. Winnow.
