Within the farm there is an abundance of activities to keep the little ones occupied: There is a heated swimming pool (always at 30 degrees) exclusively available to guests between 7am and 10pm. The indoor soft play area has views of sweeping farmland, complimentary posh coffee and / or hot chocolate as well as weekend newspapers. There is also an outdoor play park, giant trampoline, farm-themed balance-bike track, mini tractor and scooter track as well as a play barn.
If your toddlers are fond of animals, they will love it when they get the chance to feed the animals three times a week in small groups, from herding piglets to bottle feeding lambs in the spring to hand feeding goats and collecting freshly laid eggs from their resident chickens. Enjoy a pony ride (twice a week) on one of the gentle ponies.
Do not worry, they have not forgotten about you parents. Tucked away behind the swimming pool is an arched wooden doorway that leads to the hot tub garden, a place to relax and unwind or plunge in as a family!
There are other activities include: The farm shop stocks delicious ready-made COOK meals and many local treats such as ice cream, fudge, locally producted milk, butter and cheese, ciders and biscuits too. There is a farm trail which takes you through the woods and across fields to the riverside hamlet of St. Winnow. Children can collect a scavenger bag to keep them occupied on the nature trail.
