Overview - Coulscott - Georgian House
The Georgian holiday house has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to nine guests plus 2 cots. It has its own private games room, garden and hot tub. Guests also have full use of the facilities which include: an indoor heated swimming pool (to 30 degrees), indoor playroom, soft play area, games room, outdoor play area with pirate ship, sand pit, and a two storey Wendy House, outdoor furniture, barbeques and more. Peacocks wander freely and there is a huge animal enclosure home to hens, ducks, Alpacas, pigs and goats.
There is also Apple TV, Netflix Sky free view and excellent Wifi within the property.
Property details
The main front door of this house opens through to the beautifully decorated dining and sitting rooms each with a wood burning stove and the sitting room has TV and DVD (Apple Tv, Netflix and Sky). There is a large well equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is a second sitting room (snug) with flat screen TV and DVD
To the front of the kitchen is a large garden room/private games room with bar billiards and table tennis and this opens onto the private south facing terrace with lawn, hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture.

There is also a large family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. There is parking for three cars (more by arrangement)
There are links through a secret door to the old farmhouse – and both houses together can sleep 15 and the old farm house has dining facilities for up to 15.
