These award-winning properties have everything you need for a fantastic family holiday. You can travel lightly as everything has been thought of here – toy box, night lights, stair gates and cot etc... if you need to borrow any other equipment such as a stroller, bed guards, black out blinds -just ask!
The kids will enjoy meeting the animals and Farmer Dave and in the main season the “wild kids” sessions will introduce them to wildlife and nature on their doorstep.
An indoor heated pool, play barn and games room will keep them occupied even if the weather isn’t as good as you’d hoped. And when the sun is shining, a woodland walk, Gruffalo trail, zip wire, tennis courts and play equipment await!

Property details
The barn is deceptively spacious. It is all on one level – perfect for young children and toddlers. There is an open plan living/dining area with spectacular vies of the garden and fields beyond.
There is a king size bedroom, a twin with en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom with over the bath shower.
A washing machine is a very helpful extra with little kiddies and can be found in the large entrance porch. This toddler friendly holiday home is also situated close to the play barn.
There is a private patio and grassed area.
