Overview - MPCS
This is a beautiful property set in a complex of 6 in a rural location. The complex is located between the stunning coastline of La Rochelle, Ile de Re and Royan and the picturesque countryside of Saintes and Cognac. There is plenty to see and do within the area, such as visiting the sandy beaches, beautiful towns and harbours, shops and museums…however you may not get too far from your accommodation if the kids have any say in the matter!
The kid’s facilities are endless, choose from the toddler area complete with sandpit and playhouses to the football pitch and zip wire for the older kids. The swimming pool will be a huge hit and even if the weather isn’t at its finest the cover will mean you can carry on regardless. There is also a covered games area with pool table and table tennis and a little library suitable for all ages. There are bikes available for your use too so feel free to go and explore your surroundings.
If you would like a little more activity for the kids than there is a kids club as an optional extra. Some activities are free and some have a small fee attached and you can take part in as little or as much as you like. The Kid’s club runs all throughout the summer holidays, and in May, June and September the activities are suited mainly for the under 5’s. Example activities include French tile painting and cake making. There are also activities for the whole family to enjoy such as BBQ night, night swims, football matches, horse riding and camp fire nights.
You will have a very warm welcome here and we’re sure you will enjoy socialising with other parents around the pool and bar whilst the kids have the time of their lives in a safe environment.
Property details
This super child-friendly property can sleep up to 4 people. There is a poolside garden with sun loungers and dining set as well as a private terrace overlooking the courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.
There are 2 bedrooms, a main double and a twin room overlooking the courtyard. The large open plan living/dining area has access to the pool. And there is a large family bathroom with shower.
