Le Chai is a charming one-bedroom stone cottage on the Manoir de Longeveau estate, ideal for a family of four or for those embarking on a first holiday with a baby. Nestled within the picturesque grounds of a former Cognac estate, this cottage is perfect for a relaxing and memorable family getaway.
Converted from an old farm building, Le Chai features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor, along with a WC and shower room. An oak staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom overlooking the living area. The cottage comfortably accommodates a couple with a young child and can extend to four guests using the sofa bed if needed.
Families will appreciate the small front terrace and the rear terrace that connects to a secure shared garden. This garden is equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ, offering a safe and pleasant space for children to play.
Situated on the extensive Manoir de Longeveau estate, Le Chai is part of a family-friendly environment with excellent facilities including swimming pools, play areas, and a sports barn. This lovely stone cottage, converted from an old stone farm building at the back of the Manor garden has an open plan living, dining, kitchen area and WC and shower room on the ground floor.
The oak staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom area overlooking the living area. This cottage is ideal for a couple and young child, but can also accommodate up to four using the sofa bed if necessary.
There is a small terrace at the front and another at the rear with steps leading down to the shared garden and in turn backs onto the golf course.
The shared garden is secure and furnished with sun loungers, outside dining area and BBQ.
