This delightful child friendly holiday home is located in Brancaster village, walking distance to the beach and village shops, park and playground – which will keep the toddlers and younger members of the family happy. The fantastic gastro pub is also next door so you can leave the car in the drive and explore the beautiful surroundings.
There’s lots to do in the village: tennis, golf as well as kite surfing, windsurfing and kite flying on the beach. If you love your food you are also in for a treat, gastro pubs, deli’s, fresh fish and local produce are almost on the doorstep. Slightly further afield is the Sandringham estate, the lively town of Old Hunstanton and Burnham Market. Enjoy the coastal path walks or maybe a trip to the SPA to really chill out. The house itself is a luxury four bedroom holiday home and has a kids study with TV/DVD player, perfect for movie nights without the adults! There are a selection of games, books and DVDs for you to use too. The garden has storage space for bikes and other beach items you may wish to bring along. The usual selection of baby/toddler equipment is available: cot, high chair and stairgates as well as a Nintendo Wii for rainy days, a walkers baby carrier for tired little legs and beach equipment for sunny days! There is also a babysitter available (prior arrangement needed) so please just ask when enquiring with the owners, they are happy to help.
This property is next to the owners other new cottage (totally private) and sleeps 4, this makes the property ideal if you would like to rent both the house and cottage for two families sharing or grandparents to stay and have their own space. See ref: VDC.
The porch area is spacious and perfect for muddy boots and coats. There is a downstairs toilet and the snug area for the kids. The large and open plan kitchen/dining room has brand new kitchen appliances and it is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and double oven. The dining table seats 8. The lounge has French doors opening onto the garden and has an open log fire for those chilly days.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite with shower. (It is large enough for a travel cot too.) The large patio balcony is ideal for early morning coffee or glass of wine at sunset and the views are terrific. There is another double room and a large family bathroom with shower on this level too.
The second floor has two more double bedrooms, each have twin beds. The views again from these rooms are across the beautiful countryside.
Outside there is a private south facing garden it has a large patio with garden furniture and BBQ. There is also a garden room to house the washing/drying facilities and your own bikes and beach gear if needed.
