This baby friendly holiday cottage is located in Brancaster village in Norfolk. It has a great location with walking distance to the beach, shops, park and playground. There are two bedrooms both of which have en-suites. The cottage is all on one level and fully equipped with everything you need for your break away to include some of the toddler essentials and games/books/dvds for you to borrow. Located next to the house owned by the same owners, it is totally private, however it is a great place if you wish to have a group of friends or generations of families holidaying together, So why not rent both out for a special occasion? In the village there is a fabulous gastro pub, shop, tennis courts and a large children’s playground – that should keep everyone happy. With other activities on offer like Golf and windsurfing and kite flying on the beach and beautiful coastal paths to walk or cycle, you won’t be short of ways to relax here.
Further afield are the towns of Burnham market with excellent shops and the lovely beaches at Hunstanton and Wells next the sea are only a short drive away. With many gastro pubs, deli’s and local shops selling fresh produce you have a great variety of food to enjoy too. This is a relaxing place to have a break away and being in such a good location you really don’t have to travel far at all once you arrive. So relax and enjoy the stunning views and sea air.
The cottage is very new and has a natural feel to it with lots of light and a vaulted ceiling. The living areas are open plan and there is a log burner for those chilly nights. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The main bedroom is king sized and has French doors leading out to the garden. There is an en-suite bathroom. The second room is also king sized and again has an en-suite bathroom.
There is a fully enclosed private front garden with furniture and BBQ to enjoy some alfresco dining, There is also an outside store so if you would like to bring your bikes and beach equipment you won’t have to keep it all in the car.
