Overview - Molino Rio Alajar El Buho
This rustic, cosy holiday cottage is located in the Huelva region of Andalucia, Southern Spain and boasts glorious views and scenery in a tranquil setting, away from the busy strains of everyday life.
Molino Rio Alajar has lovely grassed areas to relax with a book and the sun loungers around the swimming pool are a place to enjoy the glorious Spanish sun. There are outdoor games available from table tennis, table football to outdoor chess and boule. The toddler swimming pool and sand pit area are perfect for the little ones and they will also enjoy the donkey rides and treasure hunt run by the owners.
With such a beautiful setting it will be hard to drag yourself away, but you must – the area is amazing. Alajar is considered to be one of the jewles in the Sierra de Aracena Natural Park, with rolling hills and mountain ranges it is a walkers paradise. Beautiful villages which have changed very little over the centuries are great to explore; cobbled streets and ancient forts – and not forgetting the great bars and restaurants, you can see the attraction.
With Seville only an hour and a half away you can enjoy some livelier day trips too. You will always be looking forward to coming back to your retreat though where you can enjoy some local produce on the BBQ and an evening on your own private terrace.

El Buho, Molino Rio Alajar for two adults and baby
The property is laid out as a studio room with open plan lounge/bedroom area and is large enough to accommodate two adults and a child in a cot. There is an en-suite bathroom and small kitchen and terrace on the side of the property. As with all six properties, there are baby and toddler items you may borrow for your stay so please enquire with the owners if you require anything additional.
The small terrace outdoors is a great spot for your morning coffee and breakfast and for keeping an eye on the little one whilst they play.
If you would like to borrow any of the baby items please just ask when enquiring. Monitors, a pushchair, hand blender, high chair and cots etc.. are all available for you. From 2016 all bedrooms will have air conditioning.
Please note: Due to the rustic nature of these properties, you will find external steps and stones in the grounds. (All cottages have stairgates internally)
