These gorgeous cottages are perfect for a young family wanting a relaxing break away in the spectacular Highlands of Scotland, Inverness. The cottages have been awarded 4 star status from VisitScotland and the owners have combined luxurious touches to the old dairy.
There are a total of six cottages arranged around the cobbled courtyard with local food café and ice cream parlour. The café is open daily so it’s perfect if you want a break from cooking and to enjoy the freshly prepared meals and treats. You can also choose to have food delivered to your cottage ready to heat up for when you return from your exploring and frozen food which you can have ready in your freezer for the week, the choice is yours. (Just don’t forget the ice cream for desert!)
There is a wide range of activities and days out for the family to enjoy. In particular the Loch Ness cruises will excite the kids and the Castles and steam railway through the Cairngorms National Park will keep the explorers of the family busy! Please see the Tots Top Ten for some fab day trips to include beaches and amusement parks. If you would like to just relax in your surroundings then the children are sure to enjoy the enclosed play area with sunken trampoline whilst you soak up the scenery.
Property details
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room which leads onto the cobbled courtyard. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both bedrooms have en-suites. The twin room has the option of an additional z-bed suitable for a child.
(There are two cottages to choose from with a similar layout. One cottage has two walk in showers and the other cottage has a walk in shower in one bathroom and a shower/bath in the other bathroom)
