Situated in an enviable location in Cornwall, less than two miles from St Ives this wonderful farm-stay is the perfect tonic for a fun family holiday. There are three child-friendly holiday cottages to choose from and another two-bedroom cottage that is suitable for families with children over 8 years old or grandparents.
The one bed is ideal for a couple and baby, a two-bedroom family holiday home and a larger three-bedroom cottage. Each cottage is fully kitted out for families with children of all ages. Babies and toddlers are well catered for, sterilisers, blackout curtains in bedrooms, back pack carrier, 3 wheel all terrain buggy, high chairs, changing mats, socket covers etc. All cottages are on one level, so no stairgates needed.
There is plenty of space within the farm for free play, outdoor playground, swings and a toddler play barn, with a good selection of toys for the garden (paddling pool for warm days, trikes, tennis rackets, cricket set etc). Older kids will enjoy the games room with table tennis and football. For animal lovers there are plenty of pets to look after, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs and Flossie the rabbit.
The rural location of this lovely working farm in St Ives is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and boasts amazing views along the coastline. There is a regular hourly bus shuttle during peak season to the town of St Ives that takes just 5 minutes, so you don’t have to worry about the parking! The farm joins the coastal footpath and so is wonderful for walkers.

Property details
There are four holiday cottages in total, three of which are baby and toddler friendly. They were converted from the original farm buildings and offer four-star home from home holiday accommodation for families with children. Dogs are welcome in some cottages and there is a communal launderette area.

This lovely one-bedroom cottage is ideal for a couple and baby on their first holiday with baby or for grandparents looking for their own space. It is all on one level.
There is a fully-fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area, double bedroom (where there is room for a cot) and bathroom with overhead shower.
The cottage has free Wi-Fi and digital TV. It is also perfect for one small dog.
Changeover is Saturday during peak season – short breaks available

This family-friendly holiday cottage has been converted from the milking shed. All on one floor it is ideal for a family of up to four. It is all situated on one level with no steps/stairs.
There is a galley style kitchen fully equipped for family meal prep and the lounge and dining area is open plan. There is a double bedroom and twin bedroom and bathroom with overhead shower.
One small dog is welcome here too.
Changeover day is Friday during peak season.

Largest cottage at the farm with three bedrooms and ideal for a family of 6 plus baby.
The living dining area is open plan with digital TV and living flame fire. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with everything needed for cooking up a family feast. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin and a family bathroom with overhead shower. Dogs are not allowed in this cottage.

This two-bedroom holiday home was originally used to store hay and corn, it boasts amazing far-stretching views from the lounge across the fields and towards the sea.
All on one floor and it is semi-open plan. The kitchen is tucked away with a half wall dividing it from the lounge dining area with its living flame fire, digital TV and WIFI. There are two bedrooms: a double and a twin and a bathroom with overhead shower.
