This beautiful typical stone house is ideal for a family holiday in the Dordogne, France. It is located at the edge of a small and lovely French village just a short distance from the bar-restaurant, baker, grocery shop and open play-area and tennis court. It is quiet and private with a tropical garden, grassed area for children to play and there are swings and a tent to play in, the garden also has lovely views over the woods and fields.
There are several outside terraces and seating areas, including a wooden terrace attached to the house with a wide panoramic view, a BBQ, private heated swimming pool (secured) and jacuzzi. The swimming pool has salty water, a shallow water play area and it is 1.5 deep and is fitted with a water alarm. Located between St Emillion and Bergerac this lovely child-friendly holiday cottage offers a brilliant base for a family holiday.
