North Hayne Farm is an award-winning farm stay in Exmoor, just five miles from Exmoor National Park. This family-friendly destination is close to top attractions, award-winning beaches, and charming market towns, making it an ideal spot for a holiday in the heart of the countryside.

Set within 10 acres of rolling pastureland along the River Yeo, the farm offers eight charming holiday cottages. Each cottage has been thoughtfully converted, with private gardens, hot tubs, and space for 2 to 10 guests. The cottages can be booked individually or together, accommodating up to 45 guests plus 10 cots, perfect for large family gatherings, including those with babies and toddlers.

North Hayne Farm is packed with activities for all ages, including babies, toddlers, and children with additional needs, such as those with autism. There’s a play barn for the under-7s, a games room, and outdoor play areas, with activity trails, a den-building zone, a tractor park, swings, slides, and a sandpit.

Year-round, children can help care for the animals, feeding the ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, and even taking a donkey ride with Costello. Toddlers and younger children will love interacting with the friendly farm animals, while older kids enjoy walking the resident goats, Flapjack and Porridge. The farm is also home to Alpacas Cocoa and Latte, pigs Wilbur and Truffle, rescued ex-battery hens, and more!

Parents aren’t left out—unwind in your private hot tub and enjoy the stunning starry skies of Exmoor, a designated International Dark Sky Reserve. There’s also the option to indulge in a pamper session with holistic therapists on-site.

Single story mid terraced perfect for very young children or those needing easy walking access. Private hot tub, sleeps four, plus cot

Jemima Puddleduck
Three story cottage three beds, sleeps six plus cot (can be rented with Mrs Tiggywinkle next door to accommodate up to 11 guests) Private enclosed decking area with large private hot tub

Three stories with three bedrooms for a family of five plus cot. Enclosed decking and private large hot tub.

Samuel Whiskers
A spacious three storey cottage, formerly the old coach house with three bedrooms ideal for six guests plus a cot. With log burner and enclosed garden with private hot tub.

Peter Rabbit
This lovely two bed cottage is perfect for a family of four. Spread over two floors it has a mid-terrace enclosed garden with hot tub which leads onto the shared gardens and play equipment.

Squirrel Nutkin
This spacious cottage is set over two levels with all bedrooms on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and it is ideal for six guests +2 plus cot. Private enclosed garden and large hot tub.

Jeremy Fisher
A fabulous cottage perfect for large families or two families sharing, five bedrooms sleeps 10 plus cot. The accommodation is set over two floors with two bedrooms with wet rooms on the ground floor and a spacious layout, so ideal for guests with limited mobility. The three further bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor. Large French doors open onto the private patio garden which is enclosed and has a six-seater private hot tub.
