The nearest beach is 14km at Falesia where you will find the popular resorts of Vilamoura and Albufeira.

The villa boasts a lawned garden, with a lovely old olive tree offering shade, a swimming pool (heating can be arranged) and a lovely heated children’s swimming pool. Pool fencing can be provided free of charge, but this must be mentioned at time of booking.

Next to the poolside is a spacious covered terrace with built in BBQ, dining table, table football and pool table.

The villa allows up to 2 cots and 1 extra bed or foldable bed. Highchairs, cots and baby buggies are also available free of charge.

The lounge area has a television with satellite channels, CD player, PlayStation and doors leading to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for up to ten guests. American fridge, microwave & dishwasher. There is also a laundry with washing machine / dryer

Bedroom one can be found on the ground floor and is a twin with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom two has a single bed and pull out bed there is also a ground floor shower room

Upstairs the master double has a dressing area and is air conditioned with en-suite bathroom and private sun terrace with views of the surrounding countryside.

A separate suite connected to this villa sleeps 4 (a double bed and 2 singles) and has its own shower room, small fridge and kitchen sink - Perfect for a second family or for the grandparents. 

The lawned gardens and pool are enclosed access is through wrought iron entrance gates, with garage for one car and additional parking for two more cars.

There is Wi-fi and air conditioning.
