This lovely family-friendly holiday villa is in the Algarve just twenty minutes from Vilamoura. Perfect for a luxury holiday in quiet surroundings, near the beach. Casa Montanha is part of the exclusive Shantivillas collection of prestigious villas located in the beautiful countryside of Malhao only 4km from Boliqueime. The Algarve is not only all about sun, sea, beaches and family-friendly attractions it is also a region famous for its hill-top villages with hidden shops, restaurants and cafes serving local dishes.

With heating and air conditioning throughout this lovely villa is perfect any time of year and included in the price guests can twice weekly cleaning service which includes linen and a towel change.

Elevated on the top hill of Malhao, Casa Montanha has lovely views of the countryside and distant sea views and inland towards the Monchique Mountains. 

The villa can be rented as a 6, 7, 8- or 9-bedroom villa. The main swimming pool is 15 metres x 6.5 metres and 1.8 metres in depth and the kids pool 4x3 metres. There is a selection of open and covered terraces and there is a gated area in the garden away from the swimming pool for small children. The swimming pools can also be fenced free of charge but must please mention at the time of booking. Please note that there are steps all around this villa but there is an enclosed garden to keep little ones in one place if needed.

The poolside games room has table football, pool table, fridge, PlayStation console and TV with satellite channels.

Cots, highchairs and pushchairs are available free of charge and the villa allows up to 2 cots, 1 extra bed or 2 foldable beds in the main house and 1 cot or extra cot allowed in each extra suite.

Property details

Outside the entrance there is a garage for two cars and further parking for up to four more cars.

The entrance to the house is on the ground floor, where you will find a cloakroom, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and utility. Bedroom one is also on this floor, it is a single room with en-suite shower room.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the house and five and six on the lower floor, same level as gardens.

Away from the house beside the pool there is a games room.
