Overview - Manoir de longeveau, Le Merisier
Le Merisier is a charming addition to the Longeveau Estate, located just a short walk up the lane. Facilities on the estate include a golf course, three tennis courts, swimming pools, and a clubhouse.
Kids can enjoy the estate's extensive amenities, including swimming pools (with a children’s splash pool) and a sports barn featuring a compact tennis court and basketball hoops. There are two play areas with climbing frames, swings, and a sandpit, as well as a dressing-up box, boules, and table tennis. Weekly BBQ and football nights are particularly popular with older kids.
The indoor playroom is perfect for both children and adults, offering arts, crafts, and toys for little ones, along with a coffee machine and refreshments for parents. This area extends into a spacious covered sandpit within an enclosed garden, complete with picnic benches. Nearby, the larger play zone features playhouses, swings, slides, and other activities.
Older children and adults can enjoy friendly competition on the new beach volleyball court. The clubhouse, with its great views and relaxed atmosphere, is an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee, sundowner, or simply socialising with new friends. It’s conveniently located next to the toddler play park.

This beautiful modern property has just had an extension providing a lot more space, meaning you can comfortable accommodate up to 10 people without feeling on top of each other.
From the main entrance you walk into a large, modern kitchen and dining area leading onto the terrace / garden. Along with the fully equipped kitchen this property also has a separate utility / laundry room.
There are 2 twin rooms (which can be made up as doubles if required) sharing a separate shower / wc.
The Pigeonnier tower bedroom is accessed via a staircase on the ground floor with another shower room / wc - this bedroom is in the tower with great views. The master bedroom also has a double sofa bed and en-suite.
The living room opens up to the enclosed garden and pool terrace. The large garden boasts a heated private pool (enclosed with safety gate). Enjoy the great views with plenty of sunshine from the many sun loungers around the pool. The back terrace has a covered dining area with BBQ.
