Overview - Pitt Farm Holiday Cottages - Mullen
Mullen cottage is one of seven holiday cottages at Pitt Farm in south Devon. Able to accommodate up to seven guests in three bedrooms it is ideal for a large family with young children or smaller family with grandparents or friends.
Pitt Farm guests have full use of the facilities on this lovely holiday cottage complex. It is perfect for a fun family holiday in Devon, all the cottages are baby and toddler-friendly, and each have their own private garden/courtyard area.
Facilities at Pitt Farm Holiday Cottages include a newly refurbished indoor heated swimming pool, games barn, playground, 10 acres of grounds and woods to explore (with a woodland play area), zip wire, tennis courts, large lawn for ball games and daily animal feeding
Further afield, walk to the local village pub for a drink and or food (about 20 minutes with a toddler in two) or explore one of the many beautiful beaches and family attractions in the area. Mullen is a light and spacious cottage with three bedrooms, en suite to bedroom 2 and family bathroom to share.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and from here guests can access their private walled sunny terrace with built in BBQ – ideal for enjoying afternoon and evening sun, offering stunning views.
There is also a large dining room, comfy sitting room and WC
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with with en suite shower room, and a triple room (with space for a cot but the overall capacity is 7) plus a family bathroom.
