With 10 self-catering apartments full of historic charm, you'll find thoughtfully equipped spaces ideal for families of all sizes. Ranging from cosy nooks for small families to sprawling retreats for larger gatherings, there’s something here for everyone. And for a unique twist, check out their boutique treehouses, one of which sleeps a family of four, hidden away in the woods.

There’s so much to keep the little ones entertained that you might just forget to leave! Meet the friendly animals on-site, including pigs, goats, ducks, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Divine
Located on the second floor of the manor house, this one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to five guests. It includes a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the lounge, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, dining seating for four, and lounge seating for four, plus access to a shared terrace.

Serenity
One of the most popular apartments, ideal for families of four. This one-bedroom space offers stunning views, a king-size bed, a child's single bed, a trundle bed beneath the single bed, and a single sofa bed. There’s dining seating for six and lounge seating for six, with a bathroom that includes a bath and shower over, along with a shared terrace.

Liberty
A dog-friendly, two-bedroom apartment that sleeps six (4+2). Situated on the first floor, the lounge and bedrooms overlook the courtyard. It features one king bedroom, a twin room with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, along with dining and lounge seating for six and a shared terrace.

Jubilee
This three-bedroom, dog-friendly apartment sleeps six and is located on the first floor of the manor house. With south-facing windows providing views over the front lawn, it includes one king bedroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. The apartment features a wood-burning fire, two bathrooms (two showers and a bath), dining for six, and lounge seating for six, plus a shared terrace, making it ideal for families or groups.

Affinity
Sleeping up to seven, this beautifully finished three-bedroom apartment boasts high ceilings, fireplaces, and historical charm. The master bedroom has a super king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. Bedroom two also has a super king bed, a daybed, and shares a grand bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds and shares the grand bathroom. Dining seating is for ten, and lounge seating for eight is available, along with a shared terrace.

Bliss
This spacious four-bedroom apartment sleeps up to ten and is located on the first floor, just off the grand staircase. Featuring high ceilings, fireplaces, and historic character, it’s perfect for special occasions and family holidays in Devon. It has a super king bed with an ensuite bathroom, another super king bed with a single bed, a king bedroom with a shared lavatory, and a bedroom that can be configured with either a king and a single bed or three single beds. Dining seating for ten is available, along with a shared terrace.

The Nook
A cedar-clad hot tub for six, hidden away in the grounds and powered by renewable energy, complete with its own footpath through the woods. If you're planning to stay in Affinity, Bliss, or Grace and would like exclusive hire, just drop them a message!

The Den
This dog-friendly, four-bedroom treetop house is accessed via an impressive wooden staircase winding around fairy lights. It features a wood burner and underfloor heating to keep you warm during your stay. The accommodation includes one king-size bed and two full-size bunk beds, with seating for up to four and a private balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

Amity
This dog-friendly, one-bedroom apartment features a private hot tub and is perfect for couples. It includes a private garden with outdoor seating, dining for two, and lounge seating for two. Please note that the staircase may not be suitable for the elderly or those with restricted mobility.

The Chapel
A lovingly restored 16th-century private chapel with a private terrace and hot tub. Ideal for a romantic break near the Devon coast, it features a double bed and dining seating for two. The wet room has a shower, and the ladder-style staircase may not be suitable for the elderly or those with restricted mobility.

The Loft
This one-bedroom dog-friendly treehouse features a private hot tub with sea views, perfect for stargazing. It includes a king-size bed, an ensuite shower room, and dining seating for two, along with a private balcony.

The Hideaway
This one-bedroom dog friendly treehouse offers views over fields and sea to Hartland Point, with a luxurious king-size bed that allows you to take in the rolling hills right from your pillow. It has seating for two and private hot tub, on a large private balcony.

All properties have access to the shared terrace, garden, tennis court, surf/bike store, and games room on-site. The kitchens are well-equipped for family use, and high chairs and cots are available upon request when booking!
