Nettlecombe Farm, Isle of Wight

The wonderful Nettlecombe Farm, in the Isle Of Wight, earlier this year were delighted to be presented with a Gold Green Impact Award at this year’s award ceremony at Calbourne Water Mill. The awards are coordinated by SOS-UK and supported by the Isle of Wight Council and concentrate on companies green and eco credentials and how they create more sustainable working environments. 

Jose Morris, owner of Nettlecombe Farm, which has been welcoming guests for over forty years, said ‘whilst Nettlecombe has been in the Morris family for generations, we know that we are only guardians of this special piece of Isle of Wight countryside. Everything we do goes towards protecting and enhancing this beautiful corner of the island for future generations, we are super proud of our team who have gone above and beyond’. 

All cottages on the farm have been renovated sympathetically in keeping with traditional methods and styles. Guests are encouraged to swim at the local award-winning beach and take in the stunning countryside walks.

Animal feeding tours, animal petting, toddler play areas, fishing lake and yoga classes/workshop.
