This former manor house set amongst vineyards within a 2 acre walled garden is located 2km inland from a pretty fishing village and just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. It has been tastefully converted into 4 properties and this 5 bedroom gite is one of the largest with exposed beams and stone walls.
The heated swimming pool is fully fenced for peace of mind and the garden enclosed. the pool has roman steps at the shallow end and the garden has swings, seesaw, badminton, boules and plenty of space for ball games.
In the games' barn there are lots of games and books, a children's corner with dvds and videos, plus table tennis and pool table and table football. Tennis, go-karting, horse riding, golf, sailing, bikes and boat hire are all available locally.
This is a very large character house with lots of exposed beams and stone walls. Great for groups of adults or families with older children in particular because there is so much space. The owners also have a variety of baby/toddler equipment if you would like to pack lightly, including night lights, baby monitor, bed guards etc...

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and adjoining seating area with wood burning stove. There is a huge living room with fireplace and beautiful original 17th century floor tiles, a twin bedroom at the front of the house and a shower room and toilet.
The first floor has an enormous king-sized bedroom with 4 poster bed and ensuite bathroom, a second large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom has a bath with separate shower and toilet.
