This self-catering duplex holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area just one street away from the Playa Muchavista beach. The apartment is arranged over two floors with stair gates, enclosed garden and lots of baby and toddler items (from cots and high chairs to pushchair, nightlights, first aid kit, baby lounger, toys, books and more).

Playa Muchavista is a quiet residential area and beyond the gated patio area of your apartment you will find the residents’ communal swimming pool and playground. Please note that the swimming pool is open 1st June to 1st October.

A little further afield (just one street away) lies the beautiful Playa Muchavista beach with stretches of golden white sand, playground and restaurants. Playa Muchavista beach is a continuation of Alicante’s longest beach, Playa de San Juan, but has the added bonus of not being as busy! There are lots of beaches along the coast all accessible by tram, so if you do not want to take a car no problem! A great beach for families with toddlers could be Playa Carrer La Mar, El Campello’s main beach, where the gently shelving shores are perfect for children.

The tramway station is located just a couple of minutes from the apartment perfect for Alicante, Campello or even Benidorm, alternatively there is also a bus service. There is also free parking onsite should you wish to hire a car.

Owners Caroline and Nik are on hand should you need any help as they only live a few minutes away and will meet and greet you no matter what time your flight brings you in!

The nearest main supermarket is 3km (Tramline goes here) or the nearest corner shop with fresh bread and daily basics can be found 10 metres away.

Property details

The apartment is situated over two floors and is ideal for families holidaying with babies, toddlers or older children. There is free Wifi, Satellite TV and air conditioning. The baby/toddler equipment list is endless and includes baby bath, blackout blinds or curtains, mosquito nets and more.

The living room is spacious with a special area furnished for the children. There is a sofa bed that could sleep an additional 2 adults. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

Bedroom one has a double bed and access to the balcony overlooking the patio area, swimming pool and gardens.

Bedroom two has twin beds

Bedroom three has a single bed and wooden cot with canopy

There are two bathrooms, one has a shower, the other a bath and there is a toilet.

Stair gates to both top and bottom and the patio area is fully enclosed with table, chairs, sun lounger and electric BBQ
