Overview - Villa View
This large child-friendly villa certainly has the wow factor! It is the perfect destination for all members of the family, modern and stylish with stunning views and all the facilities you could need to keep the little ones entertained. The property is ideal for friends sharing or multigenerational family groups looking for a special family holiday as there really is something for everyone! They were also recently awarded 'Best Family Holiday Accommodation 2020 - Leiria' in LUX Life magazine awards.
The heated swimming pool is fully enclosed and also has an underwater wall and gate to separate the children’s pool. Overlooking the lagoon and sea, you will find it very difficult to move from the sun loungers and gardens.
The children also have a playground to enjoy, from swings and slide to a Wendy house, monkey bars and a mini golf course! There is a games room with table tennis, table football and darts, bicycles to borrow and an outdoor gym. If they would like a little quiet time, the pond, hammocks and garden areas are delightful surroundings to read a book and play a game. If you can tear the kids away from the villa (and yourselves) there is lots to explore in the surrounding area.
The property overlooks the beautiful lagoon and Atlantic. The beach at Foz de Arelho is 1km away and you will find some fantastic eateries, shops and bars. The beach here is perfectly suited for toddlers with calm waters and there is also areas for surf lovers. The medieval village of Obidos is less than a 20 minutes drive and is a must see along with the city of Lisbon, just an hour away. The villa is ideally located to enjoy the Silver Coast but we think you will enjoy returning to the luxury and peacefulness of the villa, some al fresco dining and that stunning view watching the sun go down while the kids have fun in the amazing gardens and games room.

Most of the rooms in this stunning holiday villa have sea and pool views.
On the ground floor the large dining and lounge area has enough seating for everyone, including highchairs for the little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The villa sleeps 11 and has two ground floor bedrooms with extra large beds. One of the rooms has an en-suite suitable for wheelchair access. (The pool also has a disabled access hoist)
Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, a master bedroom with extra large double bed and a sofa bed/futon. The second bedroom has twin beds and a child’s bed. The third bedroom has three single beds and a sofa/futon.
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there are three cots in the property for your use. All bedrooms have large windows and balconies or terraces to make the most of the stunning views across the lagoon and the ocean.
Outside the villa is very private and enclosed and is home to the enclosed heated swimming pool, playground, pond area, mini golf, gardens and a barbecue with amazing panoramic views.
There is also private parking next to the villa.
