Looking for a holiday home to spend some quality time with family and friends or maybe for that next special family celebration?

This spacious farmhouse is perfect for a group holiday for all ages.  There are 7 bedrooms (1 being in the studio cottage) and the whole villa and gardens have oodles of charm and stunning views over the meadows and vines.

The villa is truly baby and toddler-friendly too. There are four cots and highchairs, stairgates and lots of baby and toddler equipment on offer including blackout blinds. The swimming pool is solar heated and alarmed (not technically enclosed although terraces can be gated to prevent access from the house), the gardens perfect for exploring. There are loads of toys and games for all ages, the little ones will love the little play house and toddler slide and fun play area, while the big kids will enjoy the games room with pool table, table-football and large games field for a game of rounders, football etc.

Splashing around in the pool will be fun too, there are lots of inflatables and for a little relaxation comfortable sun loungers. Stoke up the BBQ and enjoy some family-fun time. There are four terraces and a summer kitchen diner. There is always a bit of sun or shade to be found and the grounds are large enough to find a little bit of quiet time from the crowd if you need it.

For animal lovers there are chickens to feed, always popular with the little ones.

Babysitting and arrival meal available subject to availability of providers.

If you want to venture out for a fun family day in the Lot region there is plenty to keep the whole family happy. Toddle around the local villages, family-friendly attractions and local river beaches. There are bikes available for all ages too so you can explore by car, on foot or on two wheels.

Fluffy towels including pool towels are included as well as free Wi-Fi and English channel TV.

6 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the separate cottage – ideal for grandparents.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a gas cooking range, microwave, washing machine etc and all the pots and pans you need to cook up a family feast. The kitchen leads to a lovely dining area covered with vines and offering lovely views of the swimming pool and countryside beyond, there is also a summer kitchen and lounging area to enjoy.
The living room is huge (30m x 15m) and is zoned for family fun. The large sofas surround the 50 inch TV with UK channels and there is a games area dedicated to kids play with toys, books, games rocking horse and dressing up box.

Bedroom 1 has a large king-size bed and sitting area with French doors opening onto the covered terrace
Bedroom 2 is also a king-size room with doors opening onto a covered terrace
The third bedroom is a large family room with king size beds and bunk and also has French doors opening onto a covered terrace
Bedroom 4 is a bunk bedded room, 5 a single room and 6 a twin room.
The 7th bedroom is in the studio cottage which also offers a studio layout with lounge, dining and kitchen area plus separate shower room (there is a sofa bed and 2 fold up single beds should guests need more sleeping space)

There are a total of five bathrooms: one bathroom, one wet room, 2 shower rooms and a shower room in the studio cottage.

Gardens
The mature gardens are dotted with trees for shade and lawns for ball sports, letting off steam and having fun.
The swimming pool is heated by a solar cover and is a popular place to chill on the sun loungers or splash about playing with the inflatables.
There is also a gated soft play area for under 5s if you want to keep the little ones contained.

Games
There are plenty of games to play, football nets, basketball, swings, slides, seesaw, chalkboard, boules and more, and the animal petting will be a hit with the little ones. Bikes and helmets also provided.
