Lower Campscott Farm is an award-winning, family-friendly farm stay in North Devon, offering a hands-on farm experience and 35 acres of stunning Devon countryside to explore. With sea views and just minutes from the sandy beaches of Woolacombe Bay, it is the perfect family holiday destination for children of all ages.

The farm features eight four-star cottages and lodges of varying sizes. Private hot tub hire is available upon request. The largest, Pinetree, accommodates 8 + cots, while the smallest, Stable, sleeps 3 + cot. When booked together, the cottages and lodges can accommodate up to 40 people, making it an ideal spot for family and friends gatherings. All accommodations are fully equipped for a comfortable stay, and dogs are also welcome in the lodges.

Daily, Farmer Tony needs assistance with feeding the animals—collect eggs from the chickens, meet the sheep, pigs, and goats, and make friends with the ponies while walking them. Families can also enjoy a fun tractor and trailer ride around the farm.

The outdoor play area overlooks the sea and offers plenty of space for ride-on toys, football, and more. There is also an indoor games room featuring table tennis, a pool table, and table football, along with DVDs, games, puzzles, and a selection of beach items available to borrow.

Lower Campscott Farm has its own well-stocked farm shop, offering farm-produced meat, eggs, groceries, Kathy’s homemade meals, cakes, ice cream, beers, ciders, and much more. You can take these delights back to your cottage or lodge, or borrow a BBQ and enjoy an outdoor meal.

For a small additional charge, Lower Campscott Farm can arrange for a hot tub to be provided by a local company for your exclusive use during your stay.
