Glastonbury Hill Farm joined the Feather Down family in 2021. Located at the end of a dead-end country lane and run by farmer Peter, it is packed with both wildlife and domesticated animals for all to enjoy. 

From the farm you can enjoy gorgeous views, on clear days you can even see the coast. There are 3 ‘Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ on the doorstep as well as many beautiful walks. There is an honesty shop on the farm which sells local produce. Don’t forget to pre order either a Light House Breakfast Box or a English Breakfast Box to tuck into during your stay (please note there is a charge for goodie boxes. Farmer Peter is a huge foodie fan and happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants. 

If you are lucky enough to holiday here when farmer Peter is able to offer a farm tour, we would highly recommend it.

Since opening the first farm in the South Downs Hampshire, Feather Down has expanded to over 75 farms in the UK, Holland, France and Germany.

Canvas Hideaway with private outdoor shower (sleeps 6)

These canvas hideaways have a floor space of nearly 500 square feet. There is an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This hideaway consists of 3 sleeping areas. One with a double bed, a cupboard bed and a bunk bed. There is a toilet in the hideaway as well as a private outdoor shower. You will receive a welcome pack on arrival with candles, matches, bed linen, towels, washing up liquid and other basic items.

These canvas hideaways boast an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 sleeping areas one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. There is a toilet as well as a private outdoor shower next to the tent.
