Dittisham Hideaway, a family-friendly woodland escape in the heart of Devonshire countryside. With family-friendly treehouses, also baby and toddler-friendly, making it a fun experience for a family holiday of all ages within the UK and something just a little bit different. 

The hideaway is just outside the picturesque village of Dittisham, it is 45 minute walk through beautiful fields, with family-friendly restaurants, village shops, river dart and boat trips. 

Each treehouse can sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children (under the age of 16), with some being dog friendly too. They are private and spacious, with lots to offer to keep every family member happy. Each treehouse has its own private deck and enclosed deck, which includes a hammock, outdoor chess set, outdoor table football, sun loungers, BBQ and dining area and a traditional wood-fired cedar hot tub. 

Enjoy a welcome hamper with all the essentials, including a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy in the sun or cosy up with in front of the fire on a winter night. The space and triple bunk beds are a big hit for the kiddies. Cots can also be arranged for the extra little ones. There are also family-friendly board games, books and Wi-Fi in each Treehouse. The kitchens are fully equipped which are complimented by herbs grown on the balconies of the Treehouses. 

The surrounding area offers activities and attractions for all. Miles of stunning woodland walks, and the beautiful blue flag beaches on the Dittisham coast. Dittisham Hideaways offers complimentary boat ride over to Greenway, with a walk up to Greenway house national trust. 

Dittisham Hideaway is also home to other fun accommodations such a vintage American airstream and Shepherds lodges, however please be aware that these are not enclosed and may not be suitable for some families with wandering toddlers.

Woodpecker and Buzzard treehouses are the 2 to book for larger groups. The gate between them can be opened to allow flowing access between the 2 properties.
