A shaded spot furnished with comfy armchairs, large dining table and chairs, and of course a BBQ area with sink to prepare for those alfresco dinners. A dreamy enclosed 10m swimming pool, a garden area with a swing for the children and there is also a plunge pool / hot tub which can be covered to keep those wandering tots safe. 

Aphrodite Hills Resort has lots to do for every family member, from an 18-hole golf course, with beautiful Mediterranean views, to the Retreats Spa offering luxurious treatments. Kids club, Creche, the popular football academy, tennis academy and riding school. Property details

Furnished living room, with a comfortable corner sofa and flat screen TV. An adjacent dining area with a hardwood dining table and 10 chairs. White tone kitchen featuring dark marble worktops, all mod-cons including a fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. 

Ground floor features a WC and the first of the 5 bedrooms which has a double bed, shuttered doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and en-suite shower room. 

The marble staircase leads to the first floor, with three bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious modern furnishing, king size bed and shuttered French doors opening out to the balcony and a luxury en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins, WC, bath and separate shower. Two remaining bedrooms, both twin bedded (zip & lock) with their own WC and shower room. 

The staircase extends down to a lower ground floor level, which offers the utility room with washing machine, sink and dryer. A bedroom featuring a double bed and an extra en-suite WC/ shower room.

Outside is a large terrace offering more panoramic sea views. An outdoor BBQ area with sink, outdoor dining area (which is shaded), area with large dining table and chairs. Comfy armchairs, sunbeds and tables also spread out throughout the terrace area. Large 10m enclosed swimming pool (enclosed) and garden area with children’s swing. Jacuzzi on the terrace which can be covered. 

The Holiday Residences are not connected to nor have any relation with Aphrodite Hills Hotel. Therefore, Holiday Residences guests CANNOT visit the Hotel or use its  facilities at all.
