Overview - Antonia's Pearls - The Cottage
This holiday cottage has 2 bedrooms and is perfect for a family of four wanting a holiday in Cornwall, it has been refurbished to a beautiful standard and is located just 300 yards from the Quayside in Charlestown.

Charlestown itself is a tiny harbour village built in the late 1700s it is located approximately 10 minutes from both the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan and ideally situated for visiting ,many other attractions in Cornwall including: the Maritime Museum in Falmouth, the Tate at St Ives, and Padstow, with Rick Stein’s restaurants.
The beaches either side of the quay are just a short stroll from the cottage and the local hotel does a fabulous crab sarnie! Alternatively relax after a hard days sightseeing in one of the two sunny Courtyard Gardens.
Property details
There are two bedrooms one being a king and the other a small double. There is a cabin bed in the smaller bedroom would not be out of place on a Falmouth Packet (Ship)… it’s a little tight for two people unless they are very small or friendly! The sheets duvets, pillows and towels are all quality linens from the White Company. There are hair dryers, clocks, blankets and sewing kits in each bedroom.
The slate floored kitchen is heated, the kitchen itself has all the modern appliances you would expect, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Belfast sink, WiFi and landline etc. The washing machine, tumble dryer, overhead airer, Belfast sink, iron and ironing board are in the old laundry, the largest of the three outbuildings. The log store and the original (clean and working!) loo are in the others.
The sitting room with its oak floor has a tiny sofa for two and a pair of armchairs beside the wood burner. The television has a built in DVD, and there is a radio/CD, both of which are digital.
The bathroom, with its ceiling open to the rafters has a cast iron bath coupled with a powerful overhead shower and the softest towels!
Animals are not permitted, nor smoking and parking is easy and free.
