This child-friendly Eco cottage is located in the Countryside just 15 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Mawgan Porth, near Watergate Bay on the North Cornwall Coast.
The location offers a perfect and luxurious base to explore Cornwall and within the grounds young Children will love the experiences of Donkey grooming and feeding the Chickens in the all-weather grooming and petting station. Guests also have access a private wooded track that links up with the public footpath to Mawgan Porth. An 18 hole golf course is adjacent and there are many beautiful coastal and countryside walks direct from the farm. Newquay and Padstow are the closest Towns and there are lots of family-friendly activities to do in the area (see our top 10)
Lots of baby/toddler items on offer including: wooden cot, some toys, baby bath, toddler toilet seat, step up & potty, baby monitors, steriliser, mini food blender, stroller, plastic cutlery and plates, bed guard, a travel cot, highchair, fireguard and changing mat. Stairgates are also fitted.
There is a large communal lawned area with toddler climbing frame.

This stylish Cottage is one of three that were created from derelict Farm Barns all of which have floor to ceiling glass fronted lounge extensions providing wonderful views of the Cornish countryside. Super insulated, ground source heat pump under floor heating and woodburner ensure a cosy stay. Solar powered water heating and solar PV generated electric. Luxury touches such as Egyptian cotton bed linen, bamboo cotton bathrobes, waterfall taps and walk-in drench showers come as standard as well as infra-red garden heaters for star gazing on those chilly evenings with a glass of wine!
The ground floor offers open plan living with high ceilings and views over the garden and countryside beyond. There is a fully fitted kitchen, dining table, corner sofa and TV. There is also a double bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower. The second floor is home to bedroom two with an en-suite shower room with WC and basin.
