This large, child-friendly villa can accommodate up to ten adults and up to five children, ideal for families sharing or groups of friends holidaying together. The cottage is comfortable and practical for little ones but also features touches of luxury throughout.

There are numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained, including a championship pool table for adults, table football, a trampoline, Wendy house, plenty of bikes to borrow (including two baby seats), a small gym, sauna, and much more!

The heated swimming pool is likely the main attraction. It is a saltwater pool, which offers many benefits, including being gentle on the eyes and non-irritating to the skin. Additionally, the pool has a retractable cover and night lighting, allowing for swimming regardless of the weather (heated from Easter until early November). Roman steps lead into the pool, making it ideal for children. The pool area is secured with lockable gates from the terraces and bedrooms. With two acres of secure gardens, parents can truly relax, knowing that the children are safe while having a great time.

A variety of baby/toddler equipment is available to borrow, including pushchairs, cutlery and crockery, booster seats, bed guards, monitors, etc. The owners offer a comprehensive holiday service, so take advantage of babysitting, grocery shopping, massages, beauty treatments, restaurant reservations, and more. Guests may also enjoy the benefits of in-house, very affordable dining. A choice of chefs can offer a range of experiences, including picnics, BBQs, canapés, wine tasting, meals for the oven on arrival, set menus, and celebration meals.

The local area has much to offer, including fabulous villages and towns, a wide range of markets and restaurants (as well as wine tasting), and fantastic attractions. The house is situated in beautiful, quiet lanes, so why not borrow some bikes and discover the Dordogne region on two wheels? On the ground floor you fill find a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as liquidisers and bottle warmers. The dining room seats 12 and has views over the garden. It leads onto a covered terrace with BBQ and outside dining furniture.

The large lounge has a wood burner for those chilly nights and it also houses the championship pool table.

The two ground floor bedrooms (super kings which can convert to triple rooms by using the day sofa) have en-suite bathrooms and their own terraces with direct access to the pool area.

Upstairs there are two master suites, one has a super king bedroom which can be converted to a triple room by using the day sofa as a single bed and has an adjoining smaller room with cot and single bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower (access to bathroom is through the smaller children’s bedroom). The second suite also has a super king size bed which can be converted to a triple room and a completely separate twin room, they share a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning.

There are 3 acres of grounds, the lower garden (2 acres) is fenced and contains the play areas and football goals.
