This large child friendly villa can accommodate up to ten adults and upto five children, ideal for families sharing or groups of friends holidaying together. The cottage is comfortable and practical for little ones but also has touches of luxury throughout.

There are so many facilities to keep the whole family entertained including the championship pool table for adults table football, trampoline, Wendy house, plenty of bikes to borrow (including two baby seats) and a small gym and sauna and much more!

The heated swimming pool is probably the main attraction It is a salt water swimming which has many benefits including being gentle on eyes and non irritating to the skin. The pool also has a retractable cover and night lighting which means you can swim whatever the weather, (heated from Easter until early November.) There are roman steps to the pool too - ideal for children. It is secured with lockable gates from the terraces and bedrooms.  Add two acres of secure gardens and parents can truly relax knowing that the children are safe whilst having a great time.

There is a variety of baby/toddler equipment available to borrow. Please see the list of extensive items to include push chairs, cutlery and crockery, booster seats, bed guards, monitors etc… The owners offer a comprehensive holiday service, so take advantage of the babysitting, grocery shopping, massages and beauty treatments, restaurant reservations and more. You may also enjoy the benefits of in house very affordable dining. A choice of chefs can offer a range of experiences including picnics, BBQ's, canapes, wine tasting, meals for the oven on arrival, set menus and celebration meals.

The local area has much to offer: fabulous villages and towns, a wide range of markets and restaurants (as well as wine tasting) and some fantastic attractions, see the Holiday Tots Top 10 for some great ideas from go karting and aqua parks to exploring chateux and aquariums. The house is situated in beautiful quiet lanes so why not borrow some bikes discover the Dordogne region on two wheels. Just a 5 minute drive away is Chateau Vigiers golf resort which also has a 1* Michelin restaurant, relaxing brassiere and spa.

On the ground floor you fill find a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as liquidisers and bottle warmers. The dining room seats 12 and has views over the garden. It leads onto a covered terrace with BBQ and outside dining furniture.

The large lounge has a wood burner for those chilly nights and it also houses the championship pool table.

The two ground floor bedrooms (super kings which can convert to triple rooms by using the day sofa) have en-suite bathrooms and their own terraces with direct access to the pool area.

Upstairs there are two master suites, one has a super king bedroom which can be converted to a triple room by using the day sofa as a single bed and has an adjoining smaller room with cot and single bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower (access to bathroom is through the smaller children’s bedroom). The second suite also has a super king size bed which can be converted to a triple room and a completely separate twin room, they share a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning.

There are 3 acres of grounds, the lower garden (2 acres) is fenced and contains the play areas and football goals.
