Overview - Quinta das Achadas
If you are looking for a luxuriously rustic and quiet family getaway, within easy distance to beaches and towns in Portugal then take a look at Quinta das Achadas. This luxury micro resort comprising of three self-catering apartments and two bed and breakfast rooms is located just 10 minutes from the historic town of Lagos and honey coloured beaches of the Southern Algarve in Portugal.
The beautiful sub-tropical gardens offer a traditional holiday experience for all the family. All of the accommodation here is child-friendly, and there is a huge selection of baby and toddler equipment available.
The shared swimming pool is a heated saltwater pool (please be aware that the pool does not have a solid fence, there are double gates and a natural barrier separating the area but a small adventurous child would find his/her way through if left unattended). There is an outdoor hot tub too for a moonlit dip.
There is a play room and large play areas for children of all ages with sandpit, toddler slide, swing etc. enjoy football, table tennis, table football and more. Toddlers will love riding on the ride on toys, petting the pigs and generally splashing in the pool!
If you want to touch base with home, then there is also free Wifi.

The apartment is also centrally heated for out of season family holidays and has a log burning stove and luxury bathroom.The owners provide a laundry service and a daily maid service as well as home cooked breakfast and evening meals.
