This spacious cottage is ideal for larger families or two smaller families traveling together. With 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8) and a large open-plan living/dining area that opens onto the terrace and garden, it offers ample space and comfort. Located in a valley described by the Michelin Guide as a ‘place of special beauty,’ the estate is not far from Aubeterre, one of France’s prettiest villages.

The estate provides plenty of entertainment for children, featuring swimming pools (including a children’s splash pool) and a sports barn with a compact tennis court and basketball hoops. There are 2 play areas with climbing frames, swings, and a sandpit, as well as a dressing-up box, boules, and table tennis. Older kids can enjoy making new friends at the weekly BBQ and football nights.

Younger children will love the dedicated play space with age-appropriate toys, arts and crafts supplies, and games under parental supervision. For older children and teens, there’s a chill-out/game room with table football, air hockey, and board games.

Parents will appreciate the clubhouse, which offers stunning views across the estate and a relaxed atmosphere with good food and wine. Start your day with a coffee and warm pastry while watching the kids play in the toddler area.

The owners offer packs of baby and toddler equipment for rent, including pushchairs, bouncers, and toddler steps. Be sure to ask about these when booking to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen / dining area that opens out onto the terrace and garden. Double room with en-suite. Upstairs there is another double room with en-suite plus 2 twin rooms (can be made up as doubles too) with a shared bathroom. 

The cottage comes with all kitchen equipment and dishwasher as standard. 
The garden of Le Cottage is a sun trap. Equipped with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, BBQ and a shaded terrace as well as beautiful views of the countryside. The cottage has Air Conditioning.
