The owners of Pitt Farm knowexactly what families with young children are looking for on a family holiday. They take pride in their luxury holiday cottages and newly refurbished facilities and were rewarded for all their hard work by coming third nationally in the Visit England Awards 2022. 

The seven holiday cottages are all baby and toddler-friendly with stairgates, highchairs, cots, blackout blinds and more and the facilities within the 10 acres of grounds will keep all ages busy. There is an indoor heated swimming pool, climbing wall for pre-schoolers, playhouses, woodland play area, playground with rubber surface, commercial trampoline, games room, zip wire, tennis court, large lawn for football and lots of animals to feed. Piglets, chickens, alpacas, and ducks!

There is also an honesty shop with local produce including Pitt Farm Eggs and Sausages, local juices, biscuits and jams.  Fresh bread and croissants are available daily.

Some of the UK’s best beaches and towns can be found less than 20 minutes' drive and the local pub serving food is only a short walk (20 minutes with a toddler in tow).

There are lots of family-friendly days out close by, including South Devon and Dart Railways which are always a hit with the kids. Woodlands Family Theme Park, Pennywell Farm and some great National Trust properties and gardens are nearby.
