Martingale is one of seven family friendly holiday cottages at Pitt Farm Holiday Cottages. It is baby and toddler-friendly offering cots, highchairs, stairgates, blackout blinds etc as standard.  The owners are happy to discuss your requirements when booking.
 
Located in the beautiful countryside of South Devon the farm is within walking distance to the local village pub (about 20 mins with a toddler). Beaches and local towns are around 15 minutes’ drive away
 
However, you might find it hard to get the family to leave and venture further afield. Martingale has its own private outside space with BBQ, guests can also enjoy the shared facilities within Pitt Farm Holiday Cottages including 10 areas of communal space, heated indoor swimming pool, playground with rubber surface and baby swings, woodland with playhouses and climbing wall for pre-schoolers and den building,  zip wire and daily animal feeding

A favourite spot on the farm is down by the stream near the duck pond where the alpacas like to hang out in the morning sunshine.

Martingale Cottage was once a hay barn and is now a beautiful and imposing five-bedroom holiday cottage spread over three floors. It has a private BBQ terrace with views of the valley. The perfect space to enjoy some evening sun

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. King with single bed and en-suite. The second bedroom is a twin and can also accommodate a cot. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. There is a handy utility room with washer and dryer andas well as additional fridge space

The first floor has the living area, kitchen and dining room. 

Both the ground floor and first floor have direct access outside

The top floor – large double bedroom and small en-suite shower room, a family room with king size bed and single bed, a further twin bedroom and a family bathroom.  

There is also room for a cot – but the overall capacity of the cottage is 12
